1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 allwin88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address ("KYC documentation") at any stage of the account lifecycle. 2.3 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors of allwin88, its affiliates, service providers, and game studio partners, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold player accounts on the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the allwin88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, allwin88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or wagers placed from such accounts, and forfeit any balances remaining therein.

You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must notify allwin88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.2 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. allwin88 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and reserves the right to return such deposits and suspend the account pending investigation.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets, wagers, and game plays placed on the allwin88 Platform are subject to these Terms and any game-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

5.2 allwin88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it is placed on an event or market that has been suspended or closed; (b) it is placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in the odds, paytable, or game parameters; (c) allwin88 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a coordinated strategy to exploit a technical error or pricing error.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 allwin88 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players at its discretion. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable terms before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all allwin88 bonuses:

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 Your right to use the allwin88 Platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without allwin88's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.3 allwin88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit allwin88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

In either case, your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your account. allwin88 will return any eligible real-money balance to you in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures.
